Payment Policy Payments can be taken with cash or card only. Booking & Rescheduling Policy *There is a $20 deposit to book and hold your appointment. (The $20 will go towards your service total) *This fee is non-refundable but can be changed to a new date only if you let me know 48 hour before of your appointment and reschedule the same day as canceled. *If the appointment is canceled or rescheduled less than 48 hours, your deposit is relinquished and a new deposits is required to rebook. No show & Cancelation Policy If you cancel or no show without rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment , you will lose the $20 deposit as well as be charged an extra $20 to cover the time I will not be able to fill. Late Policy Please arrive on time to your appointment so I can make sure I have enough time to complete the service, anywhere past 15 minutes the appointment may need to be rescheduled. Before Lash Appointment •Please come in with no eye makeup on. (if you have eye makeup on and additional cleaning is required, there will be a $10 fee for supplies used to clean lashes.) •Avoid caffeine before your appointment so your eyes aren't fluttery. After Lash Appointment Wash your lashes daily. (lash bath & brush available for purchase) •Don't put mascara on your extensions and don't curl them with a lash curler. •Avoid extreme heat, it can cause them to loose the curl or singe the tips of the lashes. •Avoid all oil based products around your eyes. •Don't pull on the extensions and don't rub your eyes super hard. Fill Policy Schedule your fills every 2 to 3 weeks depending on what your lash artist recommends is best for you. Refund Policy There are no refunds for products or services. If you have a problem with your lashes you must reach out to me within 48 hours to discuss the concerns for a possible complementary 30 minute touch up. (complementary touch ups will only be offered to those who purchases an aftercare kit so I can assure proper aftercare was taken) Card on File Policy A card must be kept on file at HD Beauty. This card will NEVER be charged without notification in the case there is a cancelation or no show. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you must let me know 24 hours in advance or a $25 fee will be due. If you no-show or cancel the day of you will be charged 50% of the service cost, or you will be put on the banned from booking list * please understand I have many clients trying to book and if you cancel or no-show last minute it affects my workday and doesn’t allow me enough time to rebook the appointment*
